​How to book your day pass
- Log in to the CSSC website and click Book Now below
- Select your preferred date and complete the booking
- A confirmation email with E-Ticket will sent instantly

Reserve your arrival time slot
- Visit the Hoo Zoo website and click Book Tickets
- Select up to 5 x free 'Members Online' tickets and continue to select your session
- Select the date and preferred arrival time
- Complete the online form and checkout
Important Information
- Limited number of day passes available per date
- At least one CSSC member must be in attendance on the day
- Please read through the venue covid 19 guidance before booking
- It is recommended you check Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World's opening hours and daily timetable on their website prior to booking, as opening hours may be subject to change or have limited access
- Additional charges may apply on Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World's event dates please see the venue's Events page for more information
- All children require an accompanying adult to visit Hoo Zoo
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FROM THE 1ST NOVEMBER 2021 TO 1ST APRIL 2022 THE OUTDOOR PLAY AREA WILL BE CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT.
On the day
Upon arrival please present the CSSC Confirmation email and E-Ticket, CSSC Digital Membership Card or ID and Hoo Zoo booking confirmation.
