A basic Croissant and Cookies course no previous experience necessary.
Graham will take you through producing this light and flaky laminated french croissant dough and the production of croissants (with and without fillings) and pain au chocolate.
Finish off the day by producing some very simple bakers cookies.
Start the day with some freshly baked cookies, locally ground and roasted coffee or a pot of tea, a range of fresh juices, fruit teas etc. maybe even some fresh Brioche or croissants
During the day you will make between 10 and 20 croissants or pain au choc (or a mix of both) and about 30 cookies to take home - made entirely by you individually from weighing the ingredients to packing them at the end it's all your own work (we work the ovens but the rest is entirely yours).
Aprons, ingredients and refreshments provided.
Everything is made entirely by the participant from weighing ingredients right through to packing (Graham just loads the ovens for you) so when you go home you can be confident in recreating these products.
Recipe cards to take home are supplied.
